Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience throughout their dental journey.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of patient health histories to provide quality care and ensure accurate treatment planning.
  • Take and process x-rays and other diagnostic assessments, utilizing advanced technology such as iTero 3D scanners and digital photography.
  • Provide superior chairside assistance to supported dentists during a wide range of procedures, adhering to state dental practice acts and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
  • Utilize Dentrix software for patient scheduling and record-keeping, ensuring seamless communication and coordination within the team.
  • Prepare treatment rooms with strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA/CDC guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Manage supply and inventory levels, placing and expediting orders as needed to ensure efficient operations.
  • Partner with providers and team members to implement Heartland Dental systems and optimize office workflow, driving productivity and excellence.
