Job Overview

We are a small excavation company based in Oregon and Washington, seeking an experienced site manager to join our team. As a site management professional, you will oversee project-related tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to codes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational skills, with a good driving record and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities
  • Manage crews to perform project tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain employee health and equipment under your supervision.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager on daily supplies and performance.
  • Develop strategies and lead teams to complete projects on time and budget.

You will be responsible for installation of underground utilities, mass excavation, grading, and building proper fills. Additionally, you must have experience with current OSHA rules and regulations, as well as the ability to operate multiple types of heavy equipment.
