Ryder is seeking a dedicated Permanent Full-Time Line Lead for the second shift.

Warehouse Positions Offer Competitive Pay

  • Hourly Compensation: $14.00 per hour
  • Additional Compensation: $0.25 per hour for second shift
  • Overtime Rate: $21.00 per hour
  • Work Schedule: Second Shift Monday-Friday from 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; proficiency in English and Spanish preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Quality, and Safety protocols.
  • Train and support team members in achieving company objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between staff and management.
  • Encourage and motivate team members.
  • Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) software for production oversight and Qcloud for quality management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
  • Prepare cases or cartons for processing, either manually or via machinery.
  • Load cases/cartons onto pallets following specific item specifications.
