We are seeking a Phlebotomist to join ASSET RISK INC. as a Mobile Blood Specialist.


Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is between $30-$40 per patient, paid per successful blood draw.


Job Description

In this role, you will collect blood samples from patients in their homes or preferred locations. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on people's lives by helping them identify underlying conditions and stay healthy.


Responsibilities
  • Prioritize requests for sample collection based on urgency and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Gather patients' personal information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Determine the correct venipuncture method for each patient and provide reassurance during the collection process.
  • Use sterilized needles, vials, and other equipment to draw blood correctly and label samples accordingly.
  • Send collected samples for testing while adhering to legal requirements regarding blood draws and fluid samples.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Phlebotomist or Phlebotomy Technician is required.
  • Phlebotomy certification is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with best practices in patient identification methods and legal requirements is essential.

This is a remote position, and reliable transportation is necessary for mobile collections.
