- Manages assigned staff, working independently to accomplish goals, objectives, and solve complex problems.
- Provides technical expertise and leadership across the division and the industry.
- Has a solid understanding of business strategies and can use business acumen to position services and capabilities to meet client needs.
- Manages MEP budget and provides direction on future growth and expansion.
- 15+ years of experience in MEP management.
- Ability to develop opportunities for team members.
- Ensures adherence with technical guidance documents and industry standards.
- Creates a climate of open communication/collaboration.
- Directs and performs technical programs and projects of varying size, with overall program/project responsibilities.
- Develops and maintains client relationships.
- Has a high impact by effectively responding to client and market needs.
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Architectural Engineering.
- Licensure in multiple states is highly desirable.
- LEED Certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in Revit is highly desirable.
- Commissioning Certification and/or Energy Modeling Certification is a plus.
