  • Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to establish priorities, develop care plans, and implement interventions to meet patient care needs.
  • Meet Patient Care Needs: Use clinical judgment to evaluate patient care needs and establish priorities to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
Requirements
  • Current RN License: Possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state in which you practice.
  • Health Certificate: Hold a current Health Certificate, as required by facility contract or state regulation.
  • PPD or Chest X-Ray: Have a current PPD or Chest X-Ray, as required by facility contract or state regulation.
  • BLS Certification: Possess a current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Experience: One year of prior RN experience is preferred.

  • Patient Care: Provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals with chronic and acute illnesses and disabilities.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare team members.
