Salary and Benefits

Key Responsibilities

The Learning Experience Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of students, while directing the lessons of other instructors.

Some of the key accountabilities include:

  • Creating an academic program that meets national standards and benchmarks.
  • Building strong relationships with students' parents through effective communication.
  • Conducting regular assessments to identify students' needs and development areas.
  • Selecting, training, supporting, and evaluating staff members.
  • Providing guidance and support to staff in resolving issues related to student behavior and performance.
  • Utilizing data analytics to track student progress and produce informative reports.
  • Collaborating with external advisors and school governors to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and managing school finances effectively.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in the institution or program.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate degree, ECE degree, or CDA certification.

In addition, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A passion for education and child development.
  • Strong lesson planning and creativity skills.
