Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at a Pediatric Therapy Clinic in Eagle River, Alaska.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical, communication, and cognitive skills to develop a treatment plan.
  • Provide advice and support for family members and caregivers.
  • Assess home, school, and work environments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Install necessary equipment in classrooms for children with disabilities and teach them how to use it.
  • Help patients participate in everyday activities based on their unique circumstances.
  • Assist patients with exercises for pain relief.
  • Review patients' progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as keeping records, writing reports, and making phone calls.
Requirements:
  • Active State License.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $93,000 - $120,000 per year.
  • Hourly rate: $80 - $85 per hour (depending on experience).
  • Full-time position with 12 paid holidays, 2 wellness days, and 3 CEU days.
  • Malpractice insurance, health, dental, and vision insurance, AFLAC Cafeteria Plan, and a sign-on bonus of $3,000 - $10,000 (depending on experience).
