K-12 Speech Language Pathologist in Arlington Heights

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with students in Arlington Heights to assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy in individual and group settings.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes.
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited university.
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility for state licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in a school setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
