- Lead and mentor our veterinary team to ensure exceptional patient care and client satisfaction
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and excellence in our hospital
- Collaborate with our hospital manager to achieve financial goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine through ongoing education and training
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university
- Licensure in good standing to practice in North Carolina
- 3+ years of leadership/management experience in a veterinary setting
- 3+ years of experience as a veterinarian
- Professional comportment and appearance, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude
