We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team at Medi Home Health Agency, a division of Medical Services of America Inc.

Job Summary

As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes, promoting independence and improving their overall health and well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Provide hands-on therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions to improve patient function and mobility.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Requirements

  • Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of NC.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Minimum of one year verifiable physical therapy experience.
  • Home Health experience preferred.
