We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Brighton Park, Chicago. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work with elementary school students to help them achieve their communication goals in an inclusive and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary school students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with diverse needs, including speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Monitor and report on student progress, adapting strategies as necessary to ensure student growth.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Illinois SLP license or eligibility.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
