Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food to our residents, using fresh ingredients and creative presentation.
  • Manage food inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with our Dining Services Director to develop menus and ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary training or experience preferred.
  • Minimum two years of cooking experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
  • Serv-Safe certification a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
