We are seeking a highly skilled Trial Attorney to join our team in the Westchester, NY Claim Litigation office. As a key member of our litigation department, you will be responsible for handling a high-volume caseload from discovery stage through trial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a high-volume caseload from discovery stage through trial
  • Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of civil procedure, evidence, and trial procedures
  • Possess outstanding research abilities, written and oral advocacy skills
  • Be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to independently manage a busy time-sensitive caseload
Requirements:
  • Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
  • Active license to practice law in New York and be a member in good standing with the state bar
  • 1-10 years of insurance defense litigation/trial experience
  • Experience working in a paperless environment
  • Strong automation/technological skills for lawsuit handling and courtroom presentation
Benefits:

We offer competitive benefits and pay, with a potential salary range of $125,625-$160,000 (starting salary based on background and experience). Additionally, you may be eligible for yearly incentive pay up to 16% of base salary.
