Job Responsibilities and QualificationsAs the Emergency Room Nursing Coordinator, you will:
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, documenting changes accurately.
- Maintain detailed records and reports.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and adjust care plans based on patient needs.
- Delegate nursing responsibilities while ensuring accountability for patient care.
- Provide tailored education to patients and their families throughout their care journey.
- Adhere to safety and infection control standards in all patient interactions.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in Tennessee or a compact state.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
