Position Summary

  • As a staff pharmacist, you will deliver home infusion and specialized pharmaceutical care in collaboration with healthcare teams. Responsibilities include managing patient medication therapies, educating patients, and overseeing the preparation and dispensing of medications and supplies. You will promote high-quality, evidence-based, and cost-effective pharmaceutical care within designated clinical areas.

Qualifications

  • Education
    • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an ACPE accredited institution
    • Preferred: Doctorate in Pharmacy with completion of an ASHP accredited PGY1 residency
  • Experience
    • Preferred: Minimum of 2 years in retail pharmacy, intravenous therapy in a hospital, or home infusion setting
  • Licensure/Certification
    • Must be registered with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacist or be eligible for registration within 90 days of hire
    • Eligibility for licensure requires submission of a Pharmacy License application at the time of hire
    • Medication Therapy Services certification or eligibility to obtain within 90 days of hire
    • Valid Driver's License required
