Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Coach to join our team at The Club at Quail Ridge. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional fitness experiences to our members, promoting a culture of wellness and fitness, and contributing to the overall success of our fitness programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement safe and effective exercise programs for individuals and groups.
  • Conduct fitness assessments and provide personalized coaching to help members achieve their fitness goals.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the fitness facility, including equipment maintenance and supply management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive member experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in fitness coaching.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or national certification in personal training with 2 years' experience preferred.
  • CPR/AED certification required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
