Lead Interventional Radiology Technologist Supervisor

Baylor Scott & White Health seeks a highly experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist Supervisor to lead our team in Dallas, Texas. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality imaging services, and promoting a culture of service excellence.

- As a supervisor, you will oversee the scheduling, payroll, and staffing processes, ensuring that our team is equipped to meet the demands of our patients and customers.
- Supervise a team of 8-10 IR Rad Techs, 2 schedulers, 1 supply tech, and 1 clinical service tech, providing guidance, training, and evaluation to ensure excellent performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve workflow, reduce wait times, and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to create and manage budgets, recommending investments in equipment and services to support growth and innovation.
- Promote a culture of service excellence, customer-centricity, and teamwork, fostering open communication and respect among staff members.
- Participate in multidisciplinary staff meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and LEAN projects to drive continuous improvement and excellence in patient care.
- Act as a liaison between radiology and other departments, developing and maintaining cooperative working relationships to address shared goals and objectives.
- Graduate of an accredited program in medical radiologic technology (MRT) from the Texas Medical Board.
- At least 3 years of experience in IR Tech, with a strong background in leadership and supervision.
- Neuro and trauma experience preferred.
- Certified by ARRT or ARDMS in CT Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT), Radiography (ARRT-R), or Interventional Rad (ARRT-VI).
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
