**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Factory Assembler to join our team at our DeSoto, Kansas facility. As a Factory Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling components and fabricating metal products for the construction of HVAC equipment.

**Responsibilities**

  • Assemble components as required for the construction of HVAC equipment.
  • Fabricate and assemble metal products.
  • Measure, cut, grind, and assemble all necessary components, perform a quality check, and update supervisor on progress.
  • Use hand and power tools.
  • Follow blueprint diagrams to build HVAC units.
  • Components range from small parts to large parts for assembling, weighing between 5lbs to 50lbs depending on the job.
  • Assemble HVAC equipment.
  • Participate in a comprehensive training program.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent physical stamina, as the job may involve lifting heavy components. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately.
