About the Role

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team. As an Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a team of electricians and ensuring the successful completion of electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the installation of electrical systems, including planning, coordinating, and supervising the work of electricians.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of electricians to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all electrical work meets company standards and industry regulations.
  • Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Resource Management: Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an electrical foreman or in a similar role.
  • Certifications: OSHA 30 certification, NFPA 70E certification, and Journeymen's License.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in electrical systems and safety protocols.
