Job Summary

Shore Medical Center is seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Professional to join our Hospitalist team on a night shift schedule. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, independently with support of Nocturnist physicians
  • Work in collaboration with Nursing and Multi-Disciplinary Teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients and families to address their needs and concerns
Requirements
  • Valid NJ State Board A.P.N. license, CDS, and DEA
  • Excellent clinical management skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and verbal/written communication
  • Experience working with physicians one-on-one and in a fast-paced acute care environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an acute care setting, preferably in a Hospitalist Program, Critical Care, or Emergency Department
