Travel Commitment: Less than 20%
What We Offer:
A competitive Total Compensation Pay Range of $150,000 - $185,000.
A customized compensation package based on your qualifications, skills, and experience, which includes a mix of base salary, bonuses, and equity awards.
Your Contributions:
Oversee the management of elevator assets across our entire portfolio, ensuring peak performance and durability.
Design and execute a thorough elevator maintenance strategy to prolong equipment lifespan and minimize repair expenses.
Utilize data analytics to track trends and mitigate elevator-related issues.
Manage inspections, address violations, and enhance efficiency to decrease citations and service interruptions.
Assess the necessity for significant elevator upgrades through on-site evaluations.
Formulate specifications, scopes of work, budgets, and supervise design activities.
Ensure adherence to jurisdictional regulations and facilitate project approvals.
Apply value engineering principles to maximize performance and cost efficiency.
Identify and evaluate vendors, negotiate proposals, and oversee projects from inception to completion.
Standardize processes and protocols for elevator system management.
Investigate and recommend innovative products and technologies for elevator assets.
Provide emergency assistance for elevator-related concerns.
Support acquisition due diligence and assist with property transitions.
Maintain proactive communication with managers and team members.
