Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Specialist to join our team at ProCare Therapy.

About the Role

This position involves providing essential psychological services to students within a school environment, advancing mental health, supporting academic success, and encouraging positive behavior.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver individual, group, and family interventions for special education and general education students.
  • Offer crisis intervention services, including immediate intervention, evaluation, and referrals to community agencies.
  • Administer behavioral rating scales, personality assessments, and projective techniques for diagnostic purposes.
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and assess behavioral and academic intervention strategies.
Requirements
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a closely related field.
  • Valid certification or licensure as a school psychologist.
  • Experience delivering psychological services in an educational setting.
  • Proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital tools for remote service provision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.

  • Ability to adapt to various working environments and technology platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to handle complex situations professionally.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
