Banquet Server

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Server to join our team at The Delta by Marriott. As a Banquet Server, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the success of our events.

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, paying attention to detail and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
• Prepare tables with linens, silverware, and glassware, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner, responding promptly to their needs and requests.
• Clear tables and clean banquet rooms after events, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with food preparation and handling as needed, working collaboratively with our kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth event operations.
• Provide excellent guest service, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, with a strong understanding of food safety and handling procedures.
• Familiarity with coffee brewing techniques is a plus, and bartending experience is a bonus.
