Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Teletherapy Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide speech-language pathology services to students via online platforms, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
  • Virtual Therapy Sessions: Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions using virtual tools and resources to enhance students' communication skills.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to support and address students' communication and educational needs.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress, documenting each session and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Professional Standards: Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with professional standards, ethical guidelines, and relevant regulations.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current License: Current Pennsylvania (PA) SLP license (CCC's).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders in a school setting.
  • Virtual Experience: Experience providing virtual therapy services.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Requirements: Fast and reliable computer and internet speed. No Chromebooks or tablets permitted.
