Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, including respiratory equipment management.
  • Evaluate patient condition and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families.
  • Participate in emergency resuscitation efforts as needed.

Requirements:

  • BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date required.
  • Respiratory Therapist specializing in Registered credentialed from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) obtained within 6 months of hire date required.
  • Respiratory Therapist credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Respiratory Care obtained prior to hire date required.
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience or Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Please note that actual compensation may vary based on individual factors.
