About the Role

At CDPHP, we're committed to fostering a culture of belonging and taking a holistic approach to diversity, equity, and inclusion. As an Appeals Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate resolution of appeals, grievances, and complaints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage and process appeals, grievances, and complaints in accordance with regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborate with providers and members to obtain necessary information and resolve requests
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed reports on department performance
  • Provide cross-coverage support as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of administrative experience or comparable experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word
  • Ability to type 45 wpm with 90% accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to produce business correspondence and written documents with excellent grammar, spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure
