Key Responsibilities:- Stay informed about local market trends to address client inquiries regarding potential properties and the community.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive additional sales.
- Follow up with leads to boost sales opportunities.
- Seek out new leads to cultivate business growth.
- Conduct consultations with buyers and sellers to understand their requirements and preferences, then assist in finding suitable properties.
- Engage with both buyers and sellers throughout the process.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- A track record of sales experience and success is advantageous.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
- Active real estate license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Technologically proficient.
