Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
  • Restock janitorial supplies and maintain a clean and organized janitorial closet

  • Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively
  • Follow proper sanitation and hygiene procedures to prevent the spread of illness

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Working Conditions

The Building Services Associate will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to cleaning chemicals, dust, and other allergens. The ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities is essential.

Compensation and Benefits
