Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recovery Clerk to join our team at BJ's Wholesale Club. As a Recovery Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, replenishing and stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to members, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Replenish and stock merchandise, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including removing empty cardboard and disposing of trash.
  • Use a pallet jack to pull and push pallets, and lift objects up to 30 pounds.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales floor goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
