About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team as an Emergency Care LE+ Sales Representative. In this role, you will work strategically to promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care products to meet our Law Enforcement, Correctional Facility, & Government customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned quota and meet customer needs.
  • Provide consultative sales support to Law Enforcement and other government account sales, marketing, clinical, and demonstrations of all related Pre-Hospital products and programs.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, including law enforcement officials, government officials, and medical directors.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors' offerings, and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork, empowerment, problem-solving, honesty, and integrity.
  • Contribute to product innovation by listening to customers and working with cross-functional teams to develop new ideas.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or 5+ years of professional experience required, sales or clinical preferred.
  • Law Enforcement background is a plus.
  • Knowledge of marketing, market research, new product development, new product introduction, P/L management, and field testing.
  • Valid driver's license in the state of residence.
Physical and Mental Requirements
  • Ability to move, set up, and demonstrate equipment weighing up to 75 pounds.
  • Prolonged periods of stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and/or crawling as appropriate.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, stress management, people management, and conflict management.
  • Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise.
  • Ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records.
  • Unwavering ethics and integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment.
