We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Attorney with a plaintiff-side focus to join our team at GPAC.
About the Role:
- Handle a variety of employment law cases on the plaintiff side, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and hearings.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on employment-related matters.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure comprehensive client representation.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state Bar and in good standing.
- 5+ years of legal experience, with a focus on employment law.
- A strong book of business.
- Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Previous defense experience is a plus but not required.
