About the Role:- Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiac and vascular conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia or eligibility to practice as an RN
- At least one year of experience in acute care settings, preferably in cardiac telemetry
- BLS for Healthcare Provider certification
