We are currently seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at LHC Group. As a member of our healthcare staff, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients in their homes, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve optimal health outcomes.
Job SummaryThis is a rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice physical therapy in the state of employment and possess current CPR certification. A reliable vehicle is also required for travel between patient locations.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient care needs and develop tailored treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical benefits, holiday pay, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
