Job Summary

Flexible Recruiting is looking for a Lamination Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing various materials for the lamination process.

Estimated Salary: $18-$24/hour

  • Loading and unloading rolls of stock for processing.
  • Removing questionable material and splicing web (if necessary).
  • Meeting production targets while maintaining product quality.
  • Troubleshooting machine issues and adjusting as needed.
  • Trimming material to the correct slit width and setting up different widths.
  • Conducting a quality check and entering data into the Infinity database.
  • Cross-training in other areas as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma required.
  • Previous experience with slitter machines or lamination equipment preferred.
