Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Schematics Coordinator to join our team at Sprouts Farmers Market. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our non-perishable schematics, ensuring compliance with company guidelines, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute store resets and projects for non-perishable departments, including dairy, frozen, grocery, HBA, and vitamins
  • Work closely with the scan coordinator, department managers, and assistant store manager to ensure schematic compliance and accurate placement of new items
  • Complete weekly reset and speed-to-shelf activities as directed by the support office
  • Ensure schematics are executed in accordance with internal policies and procedures
  • Provide timely feedback to the support office schematic department for any issues or discrepancies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates, with good vision and ability to read schematics and price tags
  • Physical ability to lift up to 17 lbs., walk up to 4 miles per 8 hours, and conduct repetitive crouching/kneeling/squatting
