Key Responsibilities
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading commercial projects from inception to completion.
- Ensuring project timelines are adhered to and deadlines are met.
- Coordinating effectively with all project team members.
- Maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and positive feedback.
- Building and nurturing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
The successful Project Manager will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction sector with a general contractor.
- A proven history of managing commercial projects valued between $15M and $50M+.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, costing, and scheduling.
- Experience with Procore software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
