  2. Troubleshoot and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair various equipment and building systems, using knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  3. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed and materials used.
  4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
  5. Inventory Management: Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, collaborating with external contractors as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are highly valued.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a facilities maintenance technician or similar role is essential.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), climb ladders, and work at heights.

Compensation: $28 - $38 per hour, based on experience.
