We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Office Assistant to join our team at Deaconess. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct or indirect care to patients under the supervision of a physician, utilizing established principles and ethical standards.

The ideal candidate will have a graduation certificate from an accredited Medical Assistant program or graduation from an accredited nursing program, and current certification/license from one of the following: Certified Medical Assistant, Registered Medical Assistant, Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, National Certified Medical Assistant, Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant, Registered Medical Assistant, Certified Medical Assistant Clinical, or Active LPN license in the state of employment.

Responsibilities will include general patient care, assistance with procedures, documentation of activities, and patient/family education. The Clinical Office Assistant will work closely with our healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct or indirect care to patients under the supervision of a physician
  • General patient care, assistance with procedures, documentation of activities, and patient/family education

Requirements:
