We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of the tactical annual marketing plan for US Neutrogena Makeup. The successful candidate will be responsible for making recommendations for the development of company marketing strategy, identifying and implementing local marketing opportunities, establishing and managing relationships with outside vendor agencies, and creating and directing annual communications, research, and public relations plans to support the strategic marketing plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shape and deliver holistic marketing strategy for US Neutrogena Makeup
  • Manage Neutrogena Makeup P&L and investment strategy; provide insights that inform strategic decisions to maximize NTS and Brand Contribution
  • Coordinate the development of annual three-year strategic plan and 12-month business plan to outline strategic objectives, key initiatives, and financial targets
  • Lead portfolio management strategy discussions (revenue growth management, price architecture, business simplification) for U.S. Neutrogena Makeup
  • Coordinate team to build holistic, insight-driven consumer activations that deliver meaningful results
  • Coordinate team to consistently monitor external category and competitive market dynamics to inform marketing plans and growth opportunities
  • Lead the commercialization of product launches for U.S. market and the communications plan for the category
  • Oversee health of business reporting and forecasting, representing financial position, risks and opportunities to leadership
  • Build trusting relationships and collaborate with internal and external partners to maximize business outcomes
  • Lead, coach and help the development of team of two direct-line reports
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience in CPG industry
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or related field
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and sales required, Beauty industry experience preferred

  • Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $98,000 - $167,900
