  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive, professional atmosphere in the dining room.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Properly use and maintain equipment, minimizing product loss and breakage, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Be prepared to adapt to changing situations and priorities, and to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods, and to perform tasks that require manual dexterity and physical stamina.
