Join our team at Central Admixture Pharmacy Services, Inc. as a Pharmacy Technician in our Beltsville, MD location.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for preparing compounded sterile products and performing related activities under the direction of a pharmacist.

Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to all CAPS policies and procedures
  • Prepare compounded sterile products using aseptic technique
  • Assist in the setup of the compounding room, equipment, and supplies for preparation of compounded sterile solutions, using aseptic technique
  • Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties as directed
  • Participate in cleanroom product introduction activities
  • Prepare records and monitor results for pharmaceutical quality assurance testing
Requirements:
  • High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required
  • 0-02 years related experience required
  • Applicable industry/professional certification required
  • Regular and predictable on-site attendance
  • cGMP training/experience desired, training will be provided
  • Aseptic processing training/experience desired, training will be provided
