This is a permanent, full-time, exempt (salaried) role. A signing bonus of $3,000 is included, with $1,500 available after a successful probationary period and an additional $1,500 after a specified duration.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Master's Degree in Human Services or a related field, with at least one year of experience in social work, counseling, or a similar area. An active license in LMFT, LMHC, or LMSW is required, or the ability to obtain one within six months of hire. Experience with children and youth in various care settings is preferred, as is familiarity with ethical and culturally diverse environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake, admission, and diagnostic assessments, including crisis evaluations as necessary.
- Provide individual counseling sessions to youth on a weekly basis, with additional support as needed.
- Facilitate group counseling sessions and psycho-educational client groups.
- Monitor clients' mental well-being and coordinate appropriate services.
- Collaborate with program staff to develop interventions that promote healing and skill development.
- Work with youth and families to establish goals and assist in the completion of individual service plans.
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards and participate in case review meetings.
