About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile HVAC Technician to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our Engineering and Technical Services function, you will be responsible for providing expert maintenance and repair services for our clients' facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems to ensure facilities meet applicable standards.
  • Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the life of building machinery and systems.
  • Conduct inspections of building and industrial systems to ensure operation within design capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
  • Operate company-issued vehicles in the execution of daily work responsibilities.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
  • Universal CFC certification and valid driver's license required.
  • Meet physical requirements of the role, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting/carrying heavy loads.
  • Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
