Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Services to lead our patient care operations. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee the delivery of safe, economical, and efficient patient care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Lead Patient Care Operations: Supervise and ensure high-quality patient care services throughout the episode of care, including referral coordination, patient needs assessment, and individualized plan of care development and updates.">
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure delivery of safe, economical, and efficient patient care, adhering to relevant standards of accepted nursing and medical practice, federal and state regulations, Joint Commission standards, and payer source criteria.">
  • Staff Management: Supervise agency staff workers' performance, monitor and assess employee performance regularly, and ensure that only qualified personnel are hired.">
  • Operational Excellence: Drive operational metrics, including productivity, VBP, SVP, ACH, claims alert, late EMS, unverified services, orders audit, and agency financial statements, to ensure the organization meets company goals related to operational efficiency, growth, quality, and finances.">
  • Liaison and Communication: Act as a liaison with management staff and other departments, communicate effectively and professionally with all customers, and represent the agency in a timely and thorough investigation of concerns voiced by patients, caregivers, and referral sources.">
  • Emergency Response: Serve as Emergency Coordinator in the absence of the Executive Director/Alternate Executive Director during emergencies, ensuring appropriate plan execution.">

Qualifications and Requirements:

We require a current RN licensure in the state of practice, current CPR certification, and a dependable vehicle or public transportation. Additionally, you must be able to effectively communicate and interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
