Job Title: Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Ladgov Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Strength and Conditioning Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strength and conditioning, with experience in developing and implementing training programs for clients with various fitness levels and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement personalized training programs to improve client performance and overall well-being.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and goals, and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Provide education and guidance on injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in strength and conditioning.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) certification required.
  • 3-4 years of professional experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, with a strong track record of success.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
