About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine NP to join our team. As a family medicine NP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with our physicians to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer or order diagnostic tests, such as x-rays, electrocardiograms, and laboratory tests.
  • Examine patients to obtain information about their physical condition.
  • Instruct and counsel patients about prescribed therapeutic regimens, normal growth and development, family planning, emotional problems of daily living, and health maintenance.
  • Interpret diagnostic test results for deviations from normal.
  • Make diagnoses and decisions about management and treatment of patients.
  • Compile and record patient medical data, including health history, progress notes, and results of physical exams.
  • Perform injections for both analgesic and therapeutic purposes.

Requirements:
  • Education & Certification: Master's degree as a Certified Nurse Practitioner, Certified in a specialty consistent with the patient population served.
  • Experience & Skills: Minimum of two years of experience preferred, Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Licensure: Current Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio or ability to obtain, DEA number eligibility for prescribing medications.
