Job Summary

The Senior Staff Analyst, Data Analytics and Reporting role at Heluna Health is a high-impact position that drives forward several time-sensitive projects. The successful candidate will manage and direct a team of data analysts, implementing new internal data standards, transitioning to new data systems, and automating tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of data analysts responsible for data analysis, reporting, and creating data visualizations to support various homeless service programs.
  • Develop work plans to achieve long-term goals and regularly adjust team workloads to ensure balanced distribution.
  • Supervise and manage the performance and deliverables of the team, ensuring alignment with CP's strategic goals and timely completion of prioritized tasks.
Requirements
  • Five or more years of highly complex administrative or supervising experience in the health, housing, social services, or related sectors.
  • Extensive experience in managing complex data projects, preferably within the context of social services, public health, or government-funded programs.
  • Experience in developing and implementing creative solutions to overcome data and reporting challenges.
Estimated Salary: $97,476 per year (based on national averages)
