Spanish Teacher and Educator

Fusion Academy is seeking a highly qualified Spanish Teacher and Tutor to join our team. As a key member of our academic support team, you will provide one-to-one teaching and mentoring services to students in grades 6-12, focusing on Spanish language and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for Spanish 1-3 courses, adapting instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive campus community, promoting a culture of compassion, tolerance, and academic excellence.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, reflecting on best practices and seeking opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support student success and well-being.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Spanish, Education, or a related field, with a strong background in Spanish language and culture.
- Teaching credentials or experience working with students with learning differences and ADHD are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

- Expertise in Spanish language and culture, with the ability to adapt instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Understanding of learning differences and emotional difficulties, with the ability to provide support and accommodations.
