Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement a care plan for clients and document completed tasks
  • Assist with personal hygiene and grooming (bathing, dressing, etc.)
  • Perform routine household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation assistance
  • Support clients in self-administering medications (no administering or measuring)
  • Monitor and report any changes in the client's health status

Required Qualifications::
  • High school diploma or GED, along with one year of experience in home care services
  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check
  • Ability to work independently and follow both written and verbal instructions
  • Strong communication skills
